  1. Subscription-Based Products
    Our service operates on a subscription basis, granting you access to premium graphic design templates during your subscription period. Once access is granted, refunds will generally not be issued except under special circumstances (as outlined below).
  2. Refund Eligibility
    Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

    • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access or download the templates due to a technical problem on our end and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.
    • Duplicate Charges: If you are charged more than once for the same subscription due to a billing error.
  3. Cancellation Policy
    You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to premium content will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, but you will not be charged again. Please note that cancelling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the current billing cycle.

    You will still be able to access and use any premium assets you have downloaded during your subscription period, even after cancellation. However, you will lose access to download new content after the subscription ends.

  4. Requesting a Refund
    If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the conditions stated above, please contact our support team through our contact form within 7 days of the billing date. Include your subscription details and a clear explanation of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  5. Disputes
    If you encounter a billing issue or feel that you’ve been incorrectly charged, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are happy to resolve any issues amicably.
